Cadre enjoys helping folks who are buying property to learn about the condition of the house or building they are considering before they sign a mortgage. We have saved property buyers much grief and a lot of money over the last 17 years. Most properties are in reasonably good condition but many have issues. Cadre does accept referrals from reputable real estate agents but we are not employed by real estate companies. This insures folks can experience an objective property purchase process.
